Data from the Registration form is placed on the conference badge and is included in the general list of participants, which is given to all delegates. Please let us kindly ask you to fill in form clearly and legibly, preferably in block letters.
Payment for participation
Prices include VAT.
If you pay by credit card bank services are paid extra.

Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of participation should be made not later than 01 April 2017 in written form and sent to rspsrsps.ru. In case of cancellation before 01 April 2017 payments will be refunded with retention of 20% (administrative expenses). In case of cancellation made after 01 April 2017 payments will not be refunded.
